The "Mapping the Childhood" project continues and improves on the "Mapping the Memory" project, which was carried out during 2018-2019, had compiled data on 1,500 students and presented them in the application with the same name. That project, to which Aliki Arouh, the archivist of the Jewish Community of Thessaloniki, contributed, was funded by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, the Ecole française d’Athènes and the US Consulate General in Thessaloniki.
